Find an opening in your case, or a hole air on the merits. With PC running, by placing a match or a flame more light in the hole or open you can check if the hole air absorbs the flame to the case or is it further, the flame. If the flame is push farther then this indicates that you have positive to the movement of air in the PC case and retain dust to accumulate inside the case. Even if the flame is not push more far but rather aspirate well I guess it is time for a case to upgrade.
Now with dust accumulate within the same case with said "tested" positive air, it is always subject to dust accumulation over time, which can lead to overheating problems and other it is preferable to periodically take outside the PC, remove the cover and with can air compressed from 8 to 12 inches away blowing dust and also clean the fan too…
